1. Who we are

The website renesence.com is operated by Think East Business Consulting OOD (Тинк Ийст Бизнес Кънсълтинг ООД), a company registered in Bulgaria under EIK 205432368, with its registered address at Vasil Levski 103, floor 13, apt. 96, Severen District, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. ReneSence is a brand of Think East Business Consulting OOD. In this policy, “ReneSence”, “we” and “us” refer to Think East Business Consulting OOD.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, write to us at marindanda@renesence.com.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. What data we collect

When you send us a form. When you use a contact form on this website, we receive your name, your email address, your company and phone number if you enter them, your message, and any options you select in the form. On the homepage, this includes the answers you give to the three questions under “What do you need most right now?”, if you answered them.

When you browse the website. Our website platform, Odoo, records visits to the website: the pages viewed, the date and time of each visit, and the country, which is determined from the IP address. If you later send us a form, these visit records can be linked to your enquiry.

Cookies. The cookies this website uses are described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, using the visit records described above. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

  • Hostinger hosts the server, located in Germany, where our website and our CRM (Odoo) run, so your form data and visit records are stored there.
  • Our email server is our own server, hosted in Bulgaria. Emails you send us, and notifications about your enquiry, pass through it.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers in Germany (website and CRM) and in Bulgaria (email), both in the European Union.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 24 months.
  • Visit records: 24 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict how we use your data;
  • object to our use of your data based on legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, write to marindanda@renesence.com. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg. You can also contact the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
